All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Exceptions:
We will replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
